These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via www.ghcompany.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.

We sell limited-edition headwear (bobs). Each product is presented with a detailed description and price. Images are non-contractual.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, taxes included where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation.

GHCompany reserves the right to modify prices at any time but products are billed based on rates in effect at the time of order.

4. Ordering Process

Orders are placed through the website. After confirmation, you will receive a summary by email. GHCompany reserves the right to cancel any order for legitimate reasons (e.g., out-of-stock, payment issue, suspicion of fraud).

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. No payment data is stored on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • You must return the product(s) in unused condition and original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are at your expense

  • We will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items

🚫 Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to worn, damaged, or personalized items.
